本文针对高压陡脉冲测量过程中由于对地电容引起的波形畸变,介绍了一种电感补偿方法,这种补偿回路简便、可靠,可使测量系统的方波响应得到明显的改善。     

一类非牛顿渗流方程爆破界的估计

本文利用拟线性常微分方程解的非存在性定理得到了一类拟线性反应扩散方程(非牛顿渗流方程)爆破界的估计,从而推广了半线性反应扩散方程(牛顿渗流方程)相应结果.     

Field Emission from Silicon Nanocrystallite Films with Compact Alignment and Uniform Orientation

Patterned silicon nanocrystallite (SINC) films were fabricated on (100) orientation p-type boron-doped sificon wafer by the hydrogen ion implantation technique and the anodic etching method. The efficient field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.5V/μm at current density of 0.1μA/cm^2 was obtained. The emission current density from the SiNC films reached 1mA/cm^2 under a bias field of about 9.1V/μm. The experimental results demonstrate that there are great potential applications of the SiNC films for fiat panel displays. A surface treatment with hydrogen plasma was performed on the SiNC films and a significant improvement of emission properties was achieved.     

离化团簇束法制备c轴取向的ZnO薄膜

为了探索低温可调控ZnO薄膜沉积技术,提出了一种新的ZnO薄膜制备方法,即离化团簇束（ICB）法,并自行设计研制了应用该方法制备ZnO薄膜的专门装置.采用超音速喷嘴获得高速锌原子团簇束,用Hall等离子体源产生氧离子束离化锌原子团簇,获得了较高的离化率.在沉积过程中,可以通过调节衬底偏压、氩氧比、衬底加热温度等参数,来控制成膜的质量;应用这个装置成功地在硅衬底上制备的ZnO薄膜,经XRD和EDS检测,薄膜的c轴取向一致,Zn、O原子百分比接近于1：1,成膜质量好.     

Evolution of Shower Parton Distributions in a Jet from Quark Recombination Model

The evolution of shower parton distributions in a jet is investigated in the framework of a quark recombination model. The distributions are parameterized and the Q^2 dependence of the parameters is given by polynomials of In Q^2 for a wide range of Q^2     

相对论粒子在地球偶极磁场中辐射谱的数值计算

从运动的荷电粒子产生的流密度出发,研究了在地球偶极磁场中运动的相对论性荷电粒子的辐射能量谱,并对其进行数值计算.分析了相对论性荷电粒子在地球偶极磁场这种特殊磁场中的辐射特点.     

双对数模型对模型模拟误差的放缩问题探讨

对双对数模型lg Y=a0+a1lg X1+a2lg X2+…+anlg Xn与其对应的指数模型y=c0xa11xa22…xann的模拟相对误差的关系进行了探讨,指出双对数模型具有放大和缩小指数模型相对误差的特性.对二者的关系进行了理论推导和实例验证,并给出了二者的定量关系式.     

La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜铁电性能的影响

利用Sol-Gel法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备出Bi4Ti3O12和Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12薄膜,研究了La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的晶体结构、铁电性能和疲劳特性的影响,发现La掺杂没有改变Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的基本晶体结构,并且提高了Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜的剩余极化值和抗疲劳性能,对La掺杂改善Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜性能的机理进行了讨论.     

D—Wave Kondo Problem in a Square Tight—Bounding Lattice

A Kondo model in a square tight-bonding lattice of conduction electrons is considered.The Kondo interaction takes a d-wave.Using mean-field theory and numerical simulations,it is found that there is a pseudo-gap for the impurity density of states at the Fermi level.Numerical results also show that the exponents of the lowtemperature thermodynamic quantities are non-universal but dependent on the interaction.     

高浓度多链体系链动力学的Monte Carlo模拟——键长涨落模型和空穴扩散算法

本文在Larson的“键长涨落模型”的基础上提出了模拟高浓度多链体系的新算法。本算法具有如下特征:(1)除通常的微松弛模式外,还直接引入了链的Reptation运动;(2)提出了空穴扩散算法使体系随时间演化。由于本算法的这些新特征,克服了前人的算法不能运用于两维体系以及高浓度多链体系的缺点,同时也大大缩短了计算耗时。应用本文的算法,在44×44的元胞中模拟了链长为21,浓度为0.9545的体系的动力学行为。所得结果与Rouse理论的预言相符合。
